How Tronics handles your information
We're a small team that builds websites and digital services for municipalities — and we keep the same principle in our own house: collect only what's needed, use it only to serve you, and never sell it.
Who we are
Tronics Municipal ("we", "us", "our") provides municipal software solutions — accessible websites, document and agenda portals, PDF remediation, and related services. Our business address is 14 White Oak Lane, Palm Coast, FL 32164, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website (https://tronicsmunicipal.com/) or contact us, and how we use and protect it.
Information you give us
We only ask for what we need to respond to you:
- Audit / quote request form: your name, role, municipality or district, website address, work email, and the services you're interested in.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), subject, and message.
If you email or call us directly, we keep the information you provide in those messages.
Information we collect automatically
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider's servers record basic technical data — your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and timestamps — for security and to keep the site working. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral data, and we do not run third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your message, prepare your free audit report, or scope your quote.
- To keep records of project work and legal/regulatory obligations.
- To protect the security and integrity of this website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't add you to marketing lists because you contacted us.
Where your information goes
Form submissions are stored in the WordPress administration area of this site (a "leads" record) and delivered to our business email inbox, client.communication@tronicsmunicipal.com (a Zoho Mail account). This website is hosted on servers operated by Linode (Akamai) in the United States. Access to the site's administration and our email inbox is limited to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver any services you engage us for, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS (encrypted in transit), and access to the systems that hold your information is password-protected and limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for uses that rely on it. To exercise any of these, email client.communication@tronicsmunicipal.com — we respond within one business day and act on valid requests promptly.
Children
This site is directed at municipal staff and decision-makers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Pages on this site link to external resources (for example, ada.gov and w3.org). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be called out at the top of the page.
