How we got here
Tronics started in East Lansing, when a Michigan State student went digging into a federal rule most people had never heard of: by 2027, every state and local government website in America has to be accessible to people with disabilities — and tens of thousands of towns, townships, and districts had no plan, no budget, and no idea where to start. He saw small communities getting two kinds of offers: big-vendor contracts they couldn't afford, or overlay widgets that didn't actually work. Neither felt like an answer.
He brought the problem to two founders who knew how to build — and the three of us realized we could do what the big players wouldn't: deliver genuinely accessible websites, documents, and records systems at a price a small town can say yes to, with the proof to back it up. That partnership became Tronics. We're here because a more accessible internet means a more accessible country — one community at a time.
